SUNIX iDevicePort® series is designed for Apple iOS devices, allowing users to expand traditional I/O connectives on Apple iPad or iPhone devices over a Local Area Network. It built-in SUNIX DPL2000Q High-Performance Ethernet-UART controller and exclusive I/O Redirection Technology. SUNIX iDevicePort® creates remoted COM channel that supports real time data communication, device sharing, Smart COM on/off-line deployment features. With SUNIX API (Application Programming Interface) and SDK (software development kit), software application designer can easily control and access I/O port without complicated programming under Apple iOS operation system.
SUNIX 2S+2U is a network-attached USB & RS-232 bub that connects USB & serial peripheral devices to an Apple iOS device over a Local Area Network. It adds dual USB2.0 and RS-232 ports, enabling the mixing of USB and serial ports over the same network connection. By connecting to standard Wi-Fi router, Apple iOS devices can access remoted USB & RS-232 devices wirelessly. It’s the best and creative solution for commercial automation and retail POS applications.
Note: SUNIX iDevicePort® USB channel is compatible with bulk or interrupt type USB devices such as bar-code scanners, printers, fingerprint scanners, pole displays, card readers, and more. Isochronous USB devices are not supported.
